NO more “I’ll wait till the perfect time..”

Once who read my “Who Am I”  you will realise – Fitness and health is never win or lose. It is a continuous process that actively requires action and persistence. The pursuit of constant improvement is clearly a virtue. The people you see getting their goals? Well, their success is due to never becoming complacent and always striving for better results…. Not by putting all their time watching other gardens grow so vibrantly but in watering and fertilizing their own. The body is the mind. So use it wisely. Do not take it for granted or you will be in constant conflict with no action.

  • **NO MORE vicious cycle**  or feeling STUCK or like you DON’T FIT IN!

How would YOU feel if YOU had CONFIDENCE? Energy? Strength? Support? just LOVING the skin you are in!?

How would YOU feel if you could start making progress and:

                   –    Fit in your clothes

It almost seems too good to be true, aye?    – it isn’t!!

Why many people fail?      Having a short-sighted approach to fitness & nutrition.
The whole ” diet for one week and think it’ll change your body”. or that 10 day or 14 day detox… or that ridiculous latest trend on Dr Oz… facebook sponsored ads.. whatever…

This is why fad diets & “challenges” work for the short term… then people gain it back PLUS some.
STOP  wasting money on products and plans WITHOUT THE THING THAT MATTERS MOST IN ANY TRANSFORMATION:

The two main reasons that people fail on diets are:
  1) You’re too restrictive with foods that you are allowed to eat or told to avoid.
2) There’s no support/accountability – a book or a plan off the internet cannot talk to you.

When I work with clients I don’t use any particular brand/type of diet strategy.
We work with whatever foods the client enjoys and make smart choices around those.

Fat loss takes work but doesn’t need to cost your soul and life & sanity.
This is what I’m here to teach you.

You don’t need to restrict whole food groups and miss out on things you love because you were told, “it’s bad for you” – it’s not.

You do not need to be slaving away doing 2 training sessions daily or hitting the gym 6 days week – ain’t nobody got time for that – and if you do, you could be spending that time on things that matter like the above.
